If your knit has had an unsuccessful attempt at delivery, and for some reason it is returned to the Knitter., please keep in mind that there will be a redelivery charge at the buyers expense. Once the knit has left our hands and reaches its destination country, it is our customers responsibility to clear each knit from customs. If there has been an unsuccessful attempt at delivery and failure to collect from the post office before being returned back to the Knitter., we require full payment for redelivery before your woolly friend is sent back on his way to you.

We are real people, making real knits, with real hands. We are not robots, nor are we machines. Each knit you buy, you are buying into something real.

Thank you for your continued support.
